Terms & Conditions

1. Price stated applies for per show per location, not exceeding 6 days.
2. Prices are indicated as per Schedule of Rates (SOR) unless stated otherwise.
3. Stock availability is subject to order confirmation on first come first served basis.
4. Please contact IEF for further discussion in the event of special requirement for furnishings or rental duration exceeding 6 days.
5. Kindly refer to next page for transportation charge.
6. Any delay or cost arising from damages or lost of rental items caused by negligence shall be borne by the hirer.
7. If furnishings have been delivered onsite, Hirer is to bear 50% charge for the total charges in the event of cancellation of order (Subjected to situation).
8. Methods of payment through cheque payable to iExhibition Furnishing, bank transfer to Swiftcode (DBSSSGSG) DBS 0039450273 or Cash On Delivery.
9. Effective date from 1st January 2019. Future price revision will be served on 1 month’s notice.
